Honda NCX750 ABS

A very different bike to my previous NT700VA, the NCX750 is still a twin cylinder but a lot more power and better handling.

The standard screen is too small for touring

Fuel tank is a dummy, so used for storage bin. Fuel tank is under the seat, filler under flip rear section.

Beautiful bike to ride (although a twin rides like a triple), plenty of engine braking and returns around 65 mpg. Range is around 170 miles with a full tank, ABS front and back with Bridgestone Battlewings as standard. Added a taller Givi Screen and full Givi luggage set and TomTom Via Sat Nav, so far been to France on a WW1 WW2 Battlefield Tour and The IOM for the Festival of Motorcycling.

Yamaha RD400 D Model 1977

The bike is UK spec registered in 1978, lots of problems when I bought it. But finally after an engine rebuild it is running fine, now converted to electronic ignition its like a new bike

The Higgspeed expansion chambers combined with Duel Stage Boysen Power Reeds and 140 main jets, gives the bike a good spread of power.
